For over two decades, they have helped large companies improve employee satisfaction through the administration of their VISION survey. It is a comprehensive review of nearly 100 questions, focused on satisfaction "hot spots", including wages, benefits, peer relationships, and working conditions. Results are reported to management so they can take action and address employee concerns.
